2. Price Policy
- Buyers are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, tariffs, transportation, insurance, handling, and packing charges. These charges are typically added to your invoice.

3. Payment Terms
- Standard payment terms are net 30 days for customers with approved open accounts.
- Based on the Invoice date, not the date the Invoice was received. 10% interest will be assessed on all unpaid balances after 60 days. (20% annual rate). There will be a $25 charge for all returned checks.
4. New Accounts
To open a new account:
- Contact our Customer Service Department, sales@tltooling.com
- Complete the provided application, including three trade references and one bank reference.
- Customers with a satisfactory D&B rating are granted open account status, on their first order.
- Until an open account is established, orders can be shipped COD or prepaid (we accept VISA, MasterCard, and Discover
).

- Most orders are shipped the same day if placed by 2:30 p.m. Mountain Time.
- Orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS, or other carriers.
- Hazardous materials may have shipping restrictions. Please consult with us for the most cost-effective and safe shipping methods.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- In case of damage, keep the original carton, packing materials, and damaged merchandise intact. Contact the carrier (UPS or truck line) immediately for an inspection, then notify us to arrange a replacement or assist with claims.
- For truck shipments, note any visible damage on the freight bill and sign “Subject to Inspection for Hidden Damage.”
- For overdue or lost shipments, contact us for tracing and support.
8. Returns
- Return Window: Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving the product.
- How to Submit a Return: Submit return requests via email to sales@tltooling.com. Include your company name, order details, and the reason for the return.
- Condition of Returns: Products must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging and be in new condition. Special order items are not returnable.
- Fees and Charges: A minimum 20% restocking fee and return shipping charges may apply. An automatic 10% processing fee is applied to all returns.
9. Sales Tax
- Sales tax is assessed where we are registered to collect and remit taxes.
- Customers are responsible for remitting sales tax if it is not assessed by T&L Tooling.
10. OSHA Hazardous Substance Information
- Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) are provided for orders requiring them, as per the Hazard Communication Standard (1910.1220).
- To request an MSDS before ordering, contact your Sales Professional, sales@tltooling.com.
11. Warranty
- Products are warranted only to the extent of warranties provided by our suppliers.
- Repair, replacement, or refund of the purchase price is the exclusive remedy for products that do not meet specifications.
- T&L Tooling is not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from warranty breaches.
